  • These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Floralanda and to every agreement concluded through the website.
  • Before placing an order, you have the opportunity to read and accept these terms and conditions.
  • Floralanda reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most recent version is always available on the website.


3. The offer

  • The product descriptions and images on our website are compiled with the utmost care. Because our products are handmade, their shape, color, or scent may vary slightly.
  • Floralanda reserves the right to change products, prices or offers at any time.


4. The agreement

  • The agreement is concluded as soon as you place an order and payment has been received.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you don't receive one, please contact us by email: info@floralanda.nl or via the contact form.
  • Floralanda reserves the right to refuse an order, for example in the event of payment problems or suspicion of fraud.


5. Prices and payments

  • All prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs.
  • Payments are made via secure payment methods such as iDEAL, PayPal, credit card or other payment providers.
  • Floralanda reserves the right to change prices. Any price changes will not affect current orders.


6. Delivery and execution

  • Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Deliveries are made via certified carriers such as PostNL or DHL. Floralanda is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.
  • If a product is out of stock, you will be notified and given the option to wait or receive a refund.


7. Right of withdrawal & Returns policy

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • Only unused and unopened products in their original condition can be returned.
  • Return costs are at your own expense, unless it is an error by Floralanda.

8. Warranty and liability

  • Floralanda guarantees that the products meet reasonable expectations and specifications as stated on the website.
  • Did you receive a defective or damaged product? Please contact us within 7 days at info@floralanda.nl.
  • Floralanda is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the products.


9. Privacy and data protection

  • Floralanda respects your privacy and processes your data in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Your information will only be used for processing orders and customer service.
