Returns and Refund Policy
At Floralanda, we make all our products with care and attention. If you change your mind, you can return the product(s) you ordered according to our returns policy.
Return Policy
✔ You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. ✔ The product must be unused and in its original packaging. ✔ You will be responsible for paying for your own return costs, unless the error is our fault (for example, if you received the wrong product). ✔ Custom-made or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How do you return a product?
- Send an email to info@floralanda.nl with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive further instructions and the return address.
- Once we have received the product in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.
